This is a restaurant that gives you an excuse to come back at any time of year, why? The house speciality, arroz carolino do Mondego, varies according to the seasons. They are made in a clay oven, which helps to enhance the flavour. Start with Tia Fernanda's Rissol, which is succulent and soft, a delight. Then, of course, there's the rice (any option, be it duck, fish or oxtail, will be a good choice) and, finally, the moist sponge cake with fleur de sel, which will leave you on cloud nine.
The restaurant is located in the Centro de Artes e Espectáculos (Arts and Entertainment Centre) and boasts a careful and unpretentious décor, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and fantastic views! - powered by Guia Michelin
