2:22 A Ghost Story is a supernatural thriller with a brilliant, intriguing and adrenaline-fuelled plot. Written by Danny Robins, award-winning author and creator of the hit BBC podcast “The Battersea Poltergeist”, 2:22 A Ghost Story is one of the biggest hits of recent times in London’s West End. The Portuguese version is directed by Michel Simeão and stars Ana Cloe, Joana Seixas, João Jesus and Pedro Laginha.
Joana believes that her new house is haunted, but her husband Samuel refuses to accept that the strange events that have been occurring lately are related to supernatural phenomena. When they have long-time friend Laura and her new boyfriend Quim round for dinner, the plot thickens. Can the dead return to the world of the living? Belief and scepticism collide when they realise that something strange is going on. To find out the truth, the four of them will have to stay up until 2.22am.
