A storytelling session in the company of a glass of wine and something more…
Jointly organised by Bruaá and CAE, and in partnership with Loja Sol Engarrafado and Restaurante Olaias, the Tintim por Tchim-Tchim event aims to be a time and space for listening and telling. An oral storytelling session for adults, to which wine and something to savour will be added, perfect complements for an evening of sharing, in which together we will weave that fabric of words and silences that makes tales powerful tools of thought that stimulate fantasy, sensitivity, memory and expression. This session will feature Uruguayan storyteller Soledad Felloza.
Soledad Felloza is Uruguayan by birth and Galician by adoption. Actress, storyteller, photographer and director of the International Festival of Atlantic Oral Narration, based in Galicia, she has performed at festivals in Latin America, Europe and Africa. She is also the author of children’s books such as “La Vuelta al Mundo” and “A Cozinheira do Rei” (The King’s Cook), which won the European Oral Storytelling Award for Best Children’s Story, published in Portuguese. As well as being a trainer in oral storytelling, over the years she has carried out important work in reading mediation and animation in various libraries.
A session celebrating the act of telling and listening to stories, this unique and ancestral experience, constantly renewed by the complicity between listener and teller. Here’s to it.
