Figueira da Foz Agenda

ROCK RENDEZ VOUS is a show produced exclusively for Casino Figueira that focuses on rock and in which music, dance and a strong visual component will guide us on a thrilling journey through the great hits and icons of this famous musical genre, whose trademark is the sound of the electric guitar.

Over the course of almost an hour, amid choreography and wardrobe in keeping with the rock atmosphere, a cast of 8 dancers accompanied by the voices of Rui Drumond and Sérgio Lucas will take us on a revisit of the great themes of this musical genre, which was born in the 1950s in the United States and had its heyday in the 1970s and 1980s all over the world.

The show begins with rock songs from the 50s/60s, with the unforgettable Elvis Presley and the so-called Rockabilly standing out. Then the ‘journey’ continues with the incredible songs of some 80s/90s bands, such as Europe, Bon Jovi, Metallica, AC/DC and Led Zeppelin, among others. Finally, songs from this century from bands such as Evanescence, Linkin Park and Nickelback. Portuguese rock will also be present with songs by Xutos & Pontapés.

On Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 11pm, the nights will rock!
