A storytelling session in the company of a glass of wine and something more…
Jointly organised by Bruaá and CAE, and in partnership with Loja Sol Engarrafado and Restaurante Olaias, a new storytelling session, Tintim por Tchim-Tchim, will take place on 15 February at 9.30pm in CAE’s indoor garden, where we will welcome storyteller Susana Cecílio.
In this session, we will once again celebrate the act of telling and listening to stories, this unique and ancestral experience, constantly renewed by the complicity between listener and teller.
SUSANA CECÍLIO
Variety artist! Eternal apprentice! She is the founder and artistic director of ALGURES, where she is also an actress, director, clown and storyteller. Her territory is narrative theatre, and the dramaturgical stitching of plastic, literary and bodily elements in artistic creation is one of the places that fascinates her most. She has a degree in Human Motricity and a master’s degree in Theatre Studies from FL-UL with the thesis ‘Dramaturgy of the Body’. She is the artistic director of TEM GRAÇA – Fest. lnter. de Mulheres Palhaças.
For the last year, she has been carrying out artistic research into the presence of women in classical literature and creating a narrative in the form of a constellation of these women. She endeavours to move towards an ethic of joy.
